Q Farm Olive Oil: Nature’s Miracle of Health 

At Q Farm Olive Oils, we witness the miracle of Mother Nature in the fertile lands of the Southern Aegean, where olive oil was gifted to humanity. In this unique geography, where olive oil has been produced since ancient times, we blend the centuries-old heritage and knowledge passed down from our ancestors with today’s advanced production techniques.

At the heart of Q Farm lies the Memecik olive, a variety unique to the Muğla region, found nowhere else in the world and grown only in these lands. From this precious variety, we harvest special fruits from the last 479 olive trees belonging to the endangered and rare Heraklia lineage. These exceptional olives form the distinctive character of Q Farm Olive Oils. From this lineage, we are only able to produce limited quantities of our high-polyphenol olive oils.

Each bottle of Q Farm carries the generosity of the warm Aegean sun and the healing energy of the fertile Aegean soil that nourishes our olives. With deep respect for this land and the ancient history of the olive tree, we carry out our work with the utmost care. We believe that for an olive tree to bear fruit, it must be nurtured with constant care and respect for its nature. 

Our Philosophy: From Nature to Your Table – Health and Flavor 

At Q Farm, our philosophy is to offer the purest, healthiest, and most flavorful olive oils. Our olives are carefully monitored and harvested at optimal ripeness using traditional methods, without ever touching the ground. Once collected, they are cold-pressed within 8 hours. Throughout this process, neither our olives nor our oils ever come into contact with plastic. After pressing, we store our oils with care in stainless steel tanks at a stable temperature of 15–16 °C, away from air and light, and present them to you in our exclusive glass bottles. To produce just one liter of Q Farm Olive Oil, we use between 15 and 60 kilograms of carefully selected olives.

Thanks to this meticulous production process, we create a flawless olive oil with low acidity, an intense fruity taste, a balanced body, and record-high polyphenol levels.

The Secret of the Olive Tree’s Millennia-Long Life Lies in Polyphenols 

Polyphenols in olive trees strengthen their resilience, renew their tissues, and prolong their lifespan. Research shows that polyphenols have similar beneficial effects in the human body—supporting the immune, brain, nervous, and digestive systems, preventing cellular damage with their powerful antioxidant properties, renewing cells, and slowing down cellular aging.

 

Record-High Polyphenol Levels 

Q Farm Olive Oils stand out with record polyphenol levels. Our oils contain a minimum polyphenol value of 500, with varieties reaching 600, 700, 800, and even above 900. The polyphenol and acidity levels of all our olive oils are certified by laboratory reports.

The Memecik olive, native to Muğla, ranks among the most valuable olive varieties not only in Turkey but also worldwide, thanks to its high polyphenol and oleic acid content. This unique olive has also been granted geographical indication certification by the European Union.
